Our team comprises of experienced professionals who share a wide range of expertise. The key members of the team are:

Anil Khanna

With over 15 years experience, across strategic consulting, private equity, operational leadership (with P & L responsibility), marketing, and brand & communication strategy, Anil brings, both, wide and in-depth professional experience.

Anil has lead multiple strategic consulting assignment for various Pharma companies on their OTC plans ranging from India entry strategies, to category entry strategies to brand portfolio analysis, to Rx to OTC switch strategies, to growth strategies, to identify L & A opportunities. Additionally, he has also been involved in investment banking assignments in pharma domain.

His earlier assignments included being part of Private Equity team of The Times Group (BCCL), wherein he played instrumental role in investment to the tune of $ 75 mn across various companies, primarily across Pharma / Healthcare sector and education and IT. Besides driving investment, he also used to advise portfolio companies and used to work with Board members on business strategies

Prior to BCCL, he was at Ogilvy & Mather (Mumbai & Delhi) and also led the Mumbai Operations of Ogilvy Healthcare (healthcare practice of Ogilvy). At Ogilvy (Delhi), he also worked Ministry of Finance on Voluntary Disclosure of Income Scheme (VDIS, 1997), which lead to unearthing of $ 4bn unaccounted money

A post graduate business management, Anil in the past, has represented Ogilvy & Mather at OTC (Over the Counter medicines) Committee of OPPI (Organisation of Pharma Producers of India). Besides, he enjoys reading and adventure activities

Ajay Jindal

Ajay has over 16 years of work experience  in equity research, investment banking and PE investing, with over 10 years in leadership roles. Prior to Four-S , Ajay had a successful stint at the Times Group. He helped set up and ran ET Intelligence group (ETIG), the research arm of The Economic Times. In this capacity, Ajay led a 35 strong team of analysts. He later worked with the group’s investment arm – Times Private Treaties – where he led several investments for the Times Group.   He also worked with the strategy team of the group.

Before joining the Times group, Ajay was an equity analyst with a reputed broking firm, Caspian Securities, ranked in top 5 in India by both Euromoney and Institutional Investor. He has also worked as an Investment banker with Lazard India.

Ajay holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore, B. Tech from IIT Kanpur, and CFA from AIMR USA. He is an avid long distance runner, and an independent paragliding pilot.
